Terms and Conditions:
  • The offer is a complimentary valet parking per month linked to minimum Retail spend requirement of SAR 1000/- per calendar month 
  • As part of the registration process, the customer is required to perform an authorization transaction of SAR 2 using an eligible anb credit card to verify that the card is valid and active. The authorization amount will be reversed later.
  • The authorization amount will be reversed instantly from the transaction date.
  • If the SAR 2 authorization transaction is not successfully completed and the card remains unverified, the customer will not be able to access the services provided through the application.
  • The offer is valid on Primary & Supplementary cards.
  • The service is complimentary for 3 hours only in most locations. In case the customer stays longer than 3 hours, any additional time will be charged to the customer, with price varying by location.
  • Customer should note that prices may differ between weekdays and weekends depending on the valet company.
  • Customers are required to download the Valet Operator’s application and fill their contact information and card details to receive the complimentary service Click Here. 
  • Offer applies to the mentioned list of Valet Parking locations. 
  • The card must be activated and without any overdue to qualify for the offer.
  • The valet parking service is provided in selected locations in different cities of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Users must ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy, legally registered, and insured.
  • The operating hours and specific details are clearly outlined for each location in the App.
  • The service is provided upon presenting a valid digital parking voucher in the App at the initial handover of the vehicle.
  • Each cardholder is entitled to redeem only one complimentary valet parking services once per day per location.
  • anb holds the right to amend or change the T&C of the offer including the campaign duration.
  • The Bank has the right to stop the service provided at any time at the Bank's sole discretion and without notice to the Customer.
  • The Bank is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property when using the valet parking service 
  • In the event of any manipulation or fraud during the service, the Bank reserves the right to suspend the service to the customer immediately and seek reimbursement for any resulting losses. 
  • Service is valid until 31st of December 2026.
