Eligibility to Participate:

•    The customer must be registered on the anb mobile application, with updated and valid information maintained with the Bank. 
•    Participation is available to new anb customers upon completing the opening of a current account via the mobile application. 
•    Participation is available to existing anb customers after registration and upon joining one of the following: 
Alghad Savings Account
Creating a Waed Plan
Creating a Hassala Plan
Note: The game will be activated for the mentioned savings products through the official account of Arab National Bank on the X platform. If the savings account is opened before the announcement on the X platform, the customer will not be eligible to play.

•    The customer must be registered in the game in accordance with the specified mechanism to ensure eligibility. 
The Bank reserves the right to exclude any participation in the following cases: 
•    Suspected fraud or misuse.
•    Providing incorrect or incomplete information.
•    Violation of any of the game’s terms and condition

Participation Mechanism and Conditions:

The customer must log in to the anb mobile application during the campaign period.
The customer selects the Spin the Wheel – Cashback campaign.
The customer agrees to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
The customer receives one or more spins according to the mechanism defined within the application.
The prize is determined immediately upon completion of the spin.
To successfully participate, all conditions displayed within the application must be fulfilled during the campaign period 


Campaign Duration:

•    The campaign runs for a total duration of three months.
•     The campaign starting on the launch date 18/5/2026 and ending on the announced end date 18/8/2026.
•    Any participation outside the campaign period will be considered ineligible.


Winner Selection and Number of Winners:

•    Winners will be selected according to the mechanism defined in the specific game terms (e.g., random draw or performance-based).
•    The number of winners and total prizes will depend on the campaign duration and will be specified in the game-specific terms.

Communication with Winners:

•    Winners will be notified through one or more of the following channels: in-app notification, SMS, or phone call to the mobile number registered with the Bank.
•    anb reserves the right to announce the names of winners through channels determined by the Bank, in compliance with applicable policies and regulations while ensuring customer privacy.
•    By participating, the customer expressly agrees to the use of their name, image, and voice in the event of winning, for promotional purposes through the Bank’s official channels, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Prize Delivery:

•    The prize amount will be credited to the customer’s primary account with anb or delivered within no more than twenty (20) business days from the winning date.
•    Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or delegated to another person for collection.

Loss of Prize Rights:
• Each spin opportunity is valid for a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the time it is granted to the customer. If the spin is not used within this period, it will expire automatically, and the associated entitlement will be forfeited without any compensation. 
• Proven manipulation or misuse of the campaign. 
• Any outstanding liabilities or regulatory restrictions that prevent prize crediting.


Special Cases:

•    In the event of the winner’s death — God forbid — the prize will be handled in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
•    Coordination will be made with the legal heirs upon submission of the required official documents.

•    Customers may submit inquiries or complaints through the Bank’s official channels

Bank Rights:

•    anb reserves the right to modify or cancel any game or draw at any time without prior notice.
•    The Bank may reject or cancel any participation in case of violation of terms or suspected fraud.
•    In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Arabic text shall prevail as the primary reference.
