He is the Founder and CEO of the Development Alliance, as well as has experience in various other leadership roles. He held several positions including Executive Vice President and General Supervisor of Endowment Investments at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is a Board Member and a member of auditing and investment committees of several listed and unlisted companies. He has provided consultations and training to Aramco, Bin Laden Group, Al Rajhi Endowments and the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques Endowments. He is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions for private companies. He served as the Dean of the College of Business Administration at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and worked in the fields of executive and non-executive education. 

He brings over thirty years of experience in leadership and management across several sectors, including cable manufacturing, insurance, tourism, and real estate.
Since 1996, he has served as a Board Member of Riyadh Cables Group, where he has chaired the Executive Committee since 2014 and the Nominations Committee since 2019. He has also chaired the Board of the Saudi Modern Company for Cables, Metals, and Plastic Industries since 2015.
Additionally, he has served as Vice Chairman of Seera Group since 2017 and is a member of the Executive Audit Committee. He has also been a Board Member of Al Rajhi Takaful since 2009 and Chairman of its Risk Management Committee since 2021.
He also serves as Vice Chairman of Lumi Rental Company since 2023 and has been a member of its Audit Committee since 2022. He chairs the Board of Gulf International for Real Estate Investment and Contracting since 2004, and Lightech since 2009.

He currently serves as a member of the Corporate Risk Committee at American Express Saudi Arabia and is the Director General of Cybersecurity and Data Governance at the Communications, Space and Technology Commission. Previous positions include Director of the Information Security Department at the Capital Market Authority and Head of Information Security at the Saudi Investment Bank. 

He currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hassana Investment Company. He has held several other senior positions including Executive Director of Investors Services at JP Morgan Saudi Arabia and various positions at HSBC Saudi Arabia and previously the Saudi British Bank.
