-  Game prizes aren’t applicable for anb employees.
-  Customers can redeem the small prizes by completing the required conditions
-  Grand prizes withdrawal will be on Ramadan 10th and 20th
-  No small prizes will be redeemed on Ramadan 10th and 20th 
-  anb has the right to decide who earns the prizes 
-  customers must be registered in Greeshat program for eligibility 
-  game starts at Ramadan 1st until 20th (March 1st until 20th)
-  Small prizes will be credited to winners primary accounts
-  Small prizes will be credited to winners last used SAR account in case primary accounts are inactive
-  Small prizes will be credited in the next working day 
-  Big prizes eligibility will be based on completing the required sets
-  In case the customers continue with the grand prize, they will not be eligible for the small prize
-  anb terms and conditions are applicable
-  The winners will be announced through the social media channels of the Arab National Bank.
-  The bank will deliver the car prize to the winners' homes, and the winners will be photographed with the prize delivery (the cars). These photos will be published on the Arab National Bank's social media for marketing and promotional purposes.
-  anb has full rights and authority to determine the eligibility of customers entitled to the financial rewards.
-  The customer will be notified 30 days before the update date through text messages
 

- How can I register in Greeshat game? 
Greeshat game is available to all anb customers, and registration for the game can be made through anb Mobile App.

- How many available Greechat per day that I can collect?
You will have 2 Greechat per day to collect, and to complete a set you need 4 Greechat.
Note: you will have 2 extra Greechat when you start Greechat game at the first time to help you to collect your first set 

- Is there any fees for joining Greeshat game? 
No. Joining the game is free. 

- Can I participate if I am a new customer who opens an account during the game period?
Yes. Participating in the game is for new & existing customers.

- Can I win both Cash prize and grand prize?
You can win the cash prize and  grand prize together. If the you choose the cash prize, only one set will be excluded and the rest of the sets will enter the draw. you will not enter the draw for the grand prize unless you complete only one set out of 5 sets and chooses the cash prize or not complete any set

- How can I win the game?
You need to find and collect Greeshat set, it will be distributed across anb Mobile App within a day. Once you collect all Greeshat, you may be eligible to win and choosing between Cash prize or Grand prize. 



- How can I win a cash prize?
Collect 4 Greeshat   in a day and choose to opt in for Cash prize when you are presented with the option. 
Customers who were the fastest to collect the Greeshat will have the higher chance to win the cash prize. See terms and conditions for more details

- How can I win a Grand prize?
Collect 4 Greeshat      within one day and choose to opt in to Grand prize when you are presented with the option. Your name will be added to the list of participants and the winner will be announced in a draw. note: The more sets you have, the higher your chance of winning. 

- Can I track the number of Greeshat I have collected?
Yes. You can track the number of the Greeshat   you collected.

- When are the cash prizes awarded?
Cash prizes will be awarded on the next business day (after 24 hours) from the date you choose to redeem your cash prize . See terms and conditions for more info. 

- Can I get more than one prize on the same day?
No, it is not possible to obtain more than one prize per day 

- Can I win the Cash prize every day?
Yes, if you are able to collect 4 Greeshat   every day and you opt in for cash prize then you have chance to win a cash prize every day.  

- Can I transfer or share Greeshat with others?
No. transferring or sharing Greeshat   with others are not allowed. 

- What is the duration of Greeshat game?
The duration of the game is 20 days, starting from the 1st of Ramadan month.

- When is the Grand prize? 
The grand prize will be announced on the 10th and the 20th of Ramadan.

- Will I be notified when I receive the cash prize?
Yes. The customer will be notified via text message and via the anb Mobile App. 


- Will I be notified when if I win a grand prize?
Yes. The customer will be notified by the bank in the event of winning the grand prize. 


- Can anb staff play the game and win prizes?
No, anb staff can play the game but they are exempted from cash and grand prizes.
