•    The products included in the offer are: self-construction, ready unit purchase, and off-plan sales.
•    The financing must be new, and the customer must not have previously applied for home loan.
•    The offer does not include refinancing or debt transfer.
•    The customer’s salary must be 20,000 SAR or higher.
•    The offer is limited to entities accredited by the bank.
•    The offer does not include variable installments.
•    The financing contract must be signed with the bank before the end of December 2025.
•    The bank’s credit policies apply to all applications.
