Customer Journey
1.    Visit any Patchi store.
2.    Ask the cashier to pay using your anb Rewards points.
3.    Provide the cashier with your CIF number or mobile number to redeem your points.
4.    You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
5.    Share the OTP with the cashier to complete the transaction.
6.    You will receive the points back in your anb Rewards account within 30 working days after the campaign end date.
