Withdrawing cash doesn’t require a card with the anb mobile emergency cash service

The emergency cash service allows you to withdraw cash from ATMs without a card.

Service benefits:

Draw cash without using your card.

The limit for a single withdrawal transaction is up to 1,000 SAR, and you are also permitted to do emergency cash services three times a month.

Steps to activate the service:
  • Log in to the anb mobile application and click on “Accounts” 
  • Click on the "Emergency Cash" icon, view the terms and conditions, and agree to them, then click on Subscribe
  • Enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile phone, then click Confirm
  • The service has been successfully subscribed

 

How to use the service after activation:

  • Log in to the anb mobile application and click on “Accounts”
  • Click on the "Emergency Cash" icon, and then select the amount you wish to withdraw
  • Enter the emergency cash password, and the request will be generated.
  • You can visit the nearest anb ATM, and you will need the following data (ID number, a reference number, and password) that will appear in the application
When visiting the ATM, please complete the following:
  • Select the transaction by clicking on "Emergency Cash Withdrawal"
  • You will be asked to:
  • Enter the 6-digit reference number that was provided to you with the application
  • Enter the 4-digit passcode
  • Enter the ID number
