Customer journey:

1.    Log in to the "anb" app
2.    Go to the anb rewards program
3.    Select the exchange points service – choose the Flynas (Nasmiles) program.
4.    Choose the number of points you want to Exchange to Nasmiles.
5.    Enter your Nasmiles membership number.
6.    There is minimum Exchange limit
7.    Review the information and confirm the request.
8.    The Exchanged miles will be added to the customer's account within a maximum of 48 hours from the Exchange date.
