Airport Transportation Service for anb credit cardholders using ZAPS Premium:

• Customers must download the ZAPS Premium App and complete the registration process using valid and accurate information.
• Upon successful registration, entitlements will be assigned based on the customer’s card type (BIN).
• As part of the registration process, the customer is required to perform an authorization transaction of SAR 2 using an eligible anb credit card to verify that the card is valid and active.
• The authorization amount will be reversed instantly from the transaction date.
• If the SAR 2 authorization transaction is not successfully completed and the card remains unverified, the customer will not be able to access the services provided through the application.
• Customer should book the service through the ZAPS Premium Application.
• Customers must book the service at least 48 hours before the schedule.
• Customers may reschedule a trip at least 48 hours before the confirmed trip time.
• The new trip date must be scheduled at least 48 hours ahead from the time of rescheduling.
• Customers may cancel a trip up to 24 hours before the confirmed trip time.
• The airport transfer service is conditional upon a minimum monthly spending of SAR 1,000.
• The credit card must be active with no overdue payments to be eligible for this offer.
• anb reserves the right to amend or change the eligibility criteria and the offer date.
• The Bank reserves the right to suspend the airport transfer service at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the customer.
• The Bank shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the airport transfer service.
• In the event of any fraud or misuse of the provided service, the Bank reserves the right to immediately suspend the service and claim any resulting losses from the customer.
• Airport transportation service valid until 31st of December 2026.
• Entitlement Rules for Yearly Plans:

1. All entitlements reset on the last day of the year.
2. Unused entitlements cannot be carried over to the following year.
3. In case of a cancellation, the entitlement will be reinstated but must be used within the same year.
4. If a trip is rescheduled, the entitlement may be carried over within the same year, provided the rescheduling complies with the policy’s terms and conditions.

Airport Transfer Service Domestic (KSA) includes transportation to or from the following airports:

• King Khalid International / Riyadh Domestic Airport.
• King Abdulaziz International Airport / Jeddah Domestic Airport.
• King Fahd International Airport / Dammam Domestic Airport.
• Transportation from the specified airport in the selected city to a specified address within the same city, with a maximum distance of 45 km.
• Airport transfer from King Khalid International / Domestic Airport Riyadh to address in Riyadh; and/or.
• Airport transfer from address in Riyadh to King Khalid International /Domestic Airport; and/or.
• Airport transfer from King Abdulaziz International/ Domestic Airport Jeddah to address in Jeddah; and/or 
• Airport transfer from address in Jeddah to King Abdulaziz International/Domestic Airport Jeddah. 
• Airport transfer from Kind Fahad International/Domestic airport Dammam to Address in Eastern region. 
• Airport transfer from address in Eastern region to King Fahad International/Domestic airport Dammam. 
• Car Class will be based on customer’s card type.

Single trip details:

• One trip is for 3 passengers, and the maximum luggage capacity is 2 medium bags + 1 small bag.

Airport transfer service – International:

• Transportation from the specified airport in the selected city to a specified address within the same city, up to a maximum  distance of 45 km.
• Airport transfer from the designated airport in the selected city to a specified address within the city, and/or.
• Airport transfer from a specified address within the selected city to the designated airport.
