In reference to the Ordinary General Assembly of the Arab National Bank, held on Tuesday 06 Ramadan 1444H corresponding to 28 March 2023G, whereby members of the Board of Directors of the Bank were elected for the new 3-year term, which commenced on -01-04-2023G and ends on 31-03-2026G,  
the Bank announces the Resolution of the elected Board of Directors during their meeting held on 06 Ramadan 1444H corresponding to 28 March 2023G, to elect the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, for the new term stated above, subject to obtaining SAMA's Non-Objection.
As SAMA Non-Objection has been received on 22 Ramadan 1444H corresponding to 13 April 2023G, the Bank announces that the elected Board of Directors has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Mr. Salah Rashid Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed as Chair of the Board of Directors.
2. Appointment of Mr. Abdulmohsen Ibrahim   Abdulaziz Altouq as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.
