Reference to the announcement made by the Arab National Bank on the Saudi Exchange website (Tadawul) on 19/09/1447H corresponding to 08/03/2026G regarding the Board of Director of Arab National Bank invitation to its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting - the First Meeting to be held at 06:30PM on Tuesday 12/10/1447H corresponding to 31/3/2026G, by means of modern technology.
 The bank wish to remind its valued shareholders, who are registered in Tadwulaty, that they can remotely vote on the agenda of the starting from 01:00AM on Friday, 8/10/1447H corresponding to 27/3/2026G and will continue until the end of meeting on 12/10/1447H corresponding to 31/3/2026G.
