The arab national bank Announces the completion of purchasing a number of its shares 31/08/2025 in order to allocate the shares for the bank’s employees within Employees Shares Program, based on the Extraordinary General Assembly’s approval in its meeting held on 08/04/2025 corresponding to 10/10/1446.
Purchase Period: Within a maximum period of eighteen months (18) from the date of the EGM’s resolution.
