Arab National Bank (the “Bank”) announces its intention to issue U.S. dollar denominated additional tier 1 capital sukuk (the “Sukuk”) under its international additional tier 1 capital  sukuk issuance programme updated by it on 20 August 2026, based on its Board of Directors resolution dated 05/01/1447H (corresponding to 30/06/2025G).
The issuance is expected to be through a special purpose vehicle and by way of an offer to eligible investors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally (the “Proposed Offer”).
Introduction
The Bank has mandated ANB Capital Company, Arab Bank, Arqaam Capital Limited, ASB Capital Limited, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, Mizuho International plc, Standard Chartered Bank and Warba Bank K.S.C.P. as Joint Lead Managers & Bookrunners in relation to the Proposed Offer.
