REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Filling the finance application.
  • Employer certificate specifying the salary and number of years in service.
  • Filling the offer & acceptance form.
  • Sketch showing the location of the property.
  • Copy of title deed.
  • Copy of building license (for the house or apartment).
  • Measurement confirmation (for the house or apartment).
  • Copy of national identification card / Iqama.
  • Bank account statement of the last 3 months.
